Sherry Sears and her enthusiasm hook in three new volunteers!

Vice President Sherry Sears and her enthusiasm hook in three new volunteers!

It was the Annual Volunteer Fair at the Clifton Park Halfmoon Library.  We had a “captive audience” who were looking for opportunities for meaningful service to the community.  Add a bit of enthusiasm and you have some real excitement for the Byway.  Things are happening on the Mohawk Towpath Byway and people want to be a part of it!

Clear your calendar for the evening of December 13, the evening of the Annual Meeting of the friends of the Byway.  We hope to see you at 7 PM at the historic Grooms Tavern for a bit of business, raffle of some neat packages of products from the Byway corridor, desert, and and a look to the future.  As Sherry Sears says, “Mingle and Jingle!”
