On Sunday afternoon, August 11 the Friends of the Bywayled a bike ride on a 28 mile casual tour of nine stops in the central part of the Byway.  The ride departed, did a loop, and returned to the Vischer Ferry Fire House at 360 Riverview Road.  The public is invited to ride the whole ride or just the first half dozen miles.  Click here to see the 2013 Bike the Byway map. A tour stop mid ride took advantage of restrooms, water and refreshments at Lions Park in Niskayuna.
