I wanted you to know that there is an urgent threat to America’s scenic roads.  There is a proposal in the new transportation bill to completely eliminate the National Scenic Byways Program, which would be devastating not only to the Mohawk Towpath Byway, but to all national and state scenic byways all over the country.
